Bags are in the fare, not bolted on

Every price on this site includes one checked bag and a seat together. It makes our headline figures look worse than the comparison sites and we do it anyway.

We will tell you to book direct

On about a fifth of enquiries the airline's own price beats anything we can do. We say so, and we do not charge for the conversation.

One stop is not one stop

A ninety-minute connection through a terminal change is not the same as three hours airside. We name the connection and how tight it really is.

A person answers when it goes wrong

Cancellations and misconnects are handled here, on a UK number, by someone who can rebook you. That is most of what an agent is actually for.
